DACS, the Design and Artists Copyright Society, is a not-for-profit visual arts management organisation that specialises in acting as a broker for visual artists. They campaign for the rights of visual artists and pay them royalties to help sustain their practices and livelihoods.

DACS offer rights management services including payback, artist resale rights and copyright licensing. Catering to both artists and beneficiaries of artists’ estates, the artist-run organisation has been in operation for over thirty years and currently works with over 80,000 artists.
