Congratulations to film-maker Henry Coombes who’s got £1500 to make a short film called Magic Toward Your Face [originally I Will Do Your Do]. Now obviously £1500 isn’t going to buy much in film terms. So this film-maker has decided he’ll pay in limited edition prints and sculptures. That’s right: hard work = Henry Coombes artwork.

The main reason the panel went for this project was because it opens the doors for community involvement. The crew will be crowd-sourced from within Central Station. If you’re a film-maker, keep your eyes peeled. Opportunities will soon be coming your way.

We’ll leave it to Henry to explain what he’s got planned. All we’re going to reveal at this stage is that the story involves a walkman, mountainous landscapes and transplanted eyeballs…
