To celebrate 80 years since the first batch of Penguin Classics were published, 80 Little Black Classics are on sale for 80p each. From Homer to Darwin to Dickens, these Penguin booklets offer snippets of great literature. This isn’t the first time Penguin have released an anniversary set. For their 60th anniversary in 1995 they released 60 classics for 60p.

The book covers are simply designed with distinctive, black-and-white covers. Discover the full range on a fun interactive site designed by freelance designer Mathieu Triay, which invites readers to either shake their smartphones or drag a little penguin around the screen to discover each of the titles.
